I acknowledge that I have uploaded the correct information above
All accommodation before and after the hunt is for my own account
I will apply for necessary rifle import permits if I bring my own rifle
I will book my overnight accommodation before arrival in camp and after departure from camp
Check in time/Pick up from airport will be between 12pm and 5pm on arrival day
Check out on last day is 10am and will them be dropped of at airport
The first meal in camp will be Dinner on arrival night and last meal will be breakfast on departure day
This is a hunting camp and they will served a set menu everyday
There will be set times for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner
Non Hunters will eat meals as per the Hunters schedule
No cutlery or food will be allowed to be taken from lodge to rooms
Limited Wine & Beer is available
Any damage of vandalise to the property, vehicles or land will be paid by you
No hunting will be allowed around the lodge/Camp area
Guns have to be safe at all times
Bringing your own rifles will be at your own risk
Don’t travel with valuables in your checked luggage
Check the weather forecast to make sure you packed the correct clothing
Make sure to bring the correct electrical adapters for South Africa for charging
The lodge and rooms are strictly NO Smoking - we will show you where you can smoke
Unaccepted behaviour will not be allowed and we will then ask you to leave the camp
Be prepared to travel to different hunting areas for different species
Practice your target shooting before the hunt
Practice to shoot off shooting sticks
Wear comfortable shoes/Boots..there will a lot of hiking and walking
No drugs/ Cannabis/Marijuana are strictly forbidden and illegal - you will be arrested
On Hunting package deals: 1 Hunter = 1 Donated Animal (outfitters choice)
If you draw blood or wound an animal it will be for your account
Renting a rifle will be $45 per day
I will be responsible to pay for bullets used
I will respect my PH and listens to his instructions
Hunting trucks are for the hunters. Non Hunters can only join if there is available space in the vehicle
Print all your paperwork and bring it with you on the trip
Tipping Staff and PH's - We will advise you on tipping but know it will be greatly appreciated
Tipping Staff and PH's - please bring USD cash
Payment for your Safari- - We accepts Visa en MasterCard.. PLEASE notify your bank that you will be travelling
Non Hunters – Book Daytrips in advanced with your PH or Stompiesland Management
Minimum of 2 persons to do Day trips
Non Hunters are welcome to stay in camp during the day, bring enough books and just come and relax
Bring your own hard Liquors
The pricelist/payment for trophies will be the year that you hunt in (2025 hunt=2025 Pricelist)
